Every idea starts with a problem. Ours was simple yet it annoyed us for a long time: “What to gift to our employees?”
We are an IT company and we have over 50+ employees. We always believed in employees’ delight but whenever we thought of gifting something to them, we were just left with confusion and that led us to always give something irrelevant and less pleasing. The cost of our time and the money involved in order to arrange something unique was so high that we always ended up spending more than our budget and at the same time failed to put a smile on our employee's faces.
It was then on the day of my Birthday, one of my friends gifted me a curated gift box. It was filled with mouth-watering snacks, one cool gadget, a card and some cool office table essentials. I was just over the moon by seeing such beautiful curation. This gave me the idea of gifting such a cool curated gift box to our employees. In the span of one year, we have done some really cool curation both for employees and even for our clients.
It was then one day, after seeing our employee's reaction, that we thought of why not start our own curated gift box company. And this gave birth to OHAMPERS and we simply believe that every gift should leave an ‘O’ wow reaction on the receiver's face.
