The Challenge
With only 1 week before their 3rd Anniversary celebration, Puja had very limited time to figure out how to send 100 employee gifts to 13 different countries. While 70% of their team lives in India, the rest are from countries like Nigeria, Bangladesh, Lagos, and a few more hard-to-reach locations. This made it quite challenging to select and ship gifts to everyone on their international team.
The Solution
Puja chose SnackMagic for providing global snack distribution facilities but was astounded by the extremely prompt responses by our customer success team. This was critical if she was to get her gifts into her employee’s hands in time. She could personally see and select gifts in all 13 countries on the same day of her introduction call.
One of her main concerns was sending her team snacks that they were already familiar with. “I don’t want to see a packet of Lays in the Hamper. I don’t want [any] snacks where I can go downstairs to the shop and get it.” To prevent this issue, we provided samples of what snacks look like from each country. With a couple of clicks on SnackMagic’s menu, Puja saw the snacks in Nigeria, Bangladesh, and many other countries on her list.
