MagicLink™
Unsure of who will attend your virtual event or which WFH employees will redeem? Enable MagicLink™ so people can redeem while you only pay for the orders you approve. Here's how it works:
1. Create your order and enable MagicLink™
As you're creating your order, when prompted for recipients, select "MagicLink™. Give us an estimate for the number of recipients. This can be WFH employees, work from anywhere employees, event attendees, and more.
2. Share your unique link
Freely share the link to your confirmation page by posting it on Slack, your event invitation, or sending it via email.
3. Recipients create their orders
They’ll create an account and start filling their bags with their favorite snacks and beverages. Their order will be placed on our system but be on hold until you approve them.
4. Approve or reject the orders from your Treats Dashboard
You’ll be able to see the names and emails of the people that have redeemed your treat, but the orders don’t get packed until you approve them. You only pay for orders you approve.
5. Approved orders get packed and shipped
Once you approve the orders, we begin packing and shipping the boxes.
6. Get credited back or pay for the additional orders
We will email you a summary with those who redeemed and those who didn't. If you choose not to pay for the additional orders, you'll get credited back for the orders.
