You could be your country’s SnackMagic Gift Box Curator

SnackMagic, a fast growing US based snack box delivery service, is looking for people who can help us curate a theme based gift box to be delivered to local recipients in their country. The gift box could include a bundle of ideas, some of which are non alcoholic sips & munchies, gifts with personalisation, coffee lovers box, candles & aromatic oils, holiday box, Valentine Day box, origami box, hobby ideas & a DIY kit, work from home essentials, new moms box, virtual fitness classes/runs …. the sky’s the limit!

Here’s what you’ll do:

1. Source items and create a typical SnackMagic box of a certain value.

2. Pack and fulfill orders at least thrice a week.

3. Deliver/ship boxes to recipients intact and on time.

What we're looking for:

We’re looking for people with creativity, honesty, and a positive attitude who want to learn and grow. It doesn’t matter if you don’t have experience, we believe in people who are committed to making it happen.

Potential candidates must have the following:

Good Internet connectivity (remote working)
Ability to fulfil orders 2-3 times a week
Familiarly with Google sheets to pull out orders and track them on a daily basis. Shopify knowledge would be a Plus!
Passionate about gifting while identifying local trends and consumer preferences
Keen eye for details, coordination and execution

FAQs

How will I get paid?

You will get paid per order, based on the value of the box. The frequency of payment will be weekly or monthly.

Automated reports will be emailed to you weekly, post which the payment will be made in your local bank account
Invoices should be made out to SnackMagic, 42-33 12th St, 11101, NY, USA.
For wire transfer, we would need the following: ABA, swift code, account number, account name, bank name, and bank address.

What is a SnackMagic box exactly?

A SnackMagic box is made up of 12-20 varied items (no alcohol) usually based on an existing theme (or new theme based on your local country trends & preferences). The existing themes include movie night, chocolate lover, health nut, etc. Furthermore, a SnackMagic box:

contains items for the entire family with something in it for everyone
has no prices mentioned on individual items or the gift box
has SnackMagic branding to appear in a creative way (will provide the Brand Guidelines)
has a gift tag with a personalized message from SnackMagic

How does it all work?

All boxes are shown on SnackMagic.com and the recipients pick their own boxes or based on an existing theme (the more variety and the more unique the idea, the higher the chances of a box being picked).
SnackMagic will share orders with curators via Shopify to fulfil on a 48 hours basis. We will need you to upload tracking details.
Curators will have access to a dashboard to understand how their gifts are selling and where they can improve. This will be a 2 way exchange of ideas, real time feedback and knowledge sharing

Can I have more details on my exact responsibilities?

Here's what we expect you to do as a Gift Box Curator:

In a nutshell, the role would be to ideate, curate, pack & fulfil orders of SnackMagic in your own country. You have an opportunity to be creative, test your ideas, give a personal touch and spread cheer!

to curate a SnackMagic base box starting at US$35-37. These can be snacks, non alcoholic beverages or even non-snacks (our customers love pamper boxes, DIYs too)
to click a picture
to pack and ship out orders, thrice a week or more
to ensure that all products are within a 60 day shelf life (for all packaged materials)
to ensure that the boxes reach the recipient intact and on time - daily tracking required
to take care of any customer inquiries or concerns that may arise throughout the process

Can I become a partner for multiple countries?

Yes, absolutely! We need help all over the world!

My region is already served by other people, should I still apply?
