Our mission is to turn chocolate eaters in to chocolate lovers. By bringing taste of fresh ground chocolate from finest flavor cocoa to every person possible, in the world where majority of chocolate is industrially produced from commodity grade cocoa beans.
De-Commodifying cocoa beans by buying directly from farmers and cooperatives. Paying a premium price for fine flavor cocoa from a single plantation to make a sustainable business model. Artisan production by stone grinding and aging our chocolate in small batches to preserve all the original flavor of cocoa.

上池袋にあるチョコレート専門店、ニカラグアのワスララの農家で生産したオーガニックカカオ豆を仕入れ、カカオのフレーバーを最大限を引き出すために自家工房で製造し、手軽に味わえることを大事にしてます。ドリンクも提供しており、カフェとしての利用ももちろん可能です。また、テイクアウトも提供しており、気軽ご利用いただけたらと思います。
