About Ayvaco Extra Virgin Olive Oil

Hello, they are Erin and Umut. For generations, their family's organically produced olive oil was a closely-held asset, seasonally produced for family and community in Ayvalik, Turkey. Today, they know it is too good not to share.

Ayvaco's story begins when they met in 2014 and bonded over a love of fresh, home-cooked meals. Now that they are based in the United States, their family's olive oil is keeping us connected to Turkey on a daily basis. Through Ayvaco, they aim to share the freshness, authenticity, and nutrition of fresh extra virgin olive oil directly from the source. They hope to elevate the voices and stories of small producers often forgotten in a web of middlemen and celebrate where and how their food is made. They hope that you too will have an "olive oil awakening" after experiencing the difference that fresh, directly-sourced olive oil makes to your meals.
