About Carla's Cookies

Carla’s Cookie Box is an independent woman-owned and -operated online bakery. Carla Brizzi specializes in award-winning gourmet butter tarts, artisanal cookies, and luscious deep fudge brownies.

Carla started her business from a blooming love of baking as an Italo-Canadian, and her love and passion for family. She lost her office job, and with three young children and bills to pay, she faced uncertainty. Carla took a leap of faith.

She wanted to show her young family that it was never too late to follow a passion. Carla is now focused on giving back through initiatives with MADD Canada after the tragic loss of her brother, Paul Brizzi, by a drunk driver.
