About Edie's

Edith grew up in the Bay Area, where it’s ridiculously easy to find a jar of great chili oil or a breakfast fantuan. The inspiration for Edie’s came during a road trip with a friend. After a few days of car snacks and lackluster protein bars, their tastebuds were about to fall off. Edie’s chocolates are a re-imagination of the flavors she grew up with and a medium for sharing her immigrant upbringing.
