About Ethel's Baking Co.

Jill's Grandma Ethel had a passion for showing love through food, which is what inspired her to create a baking company as unique as she was. Being gluten-free, it was also really important to her that their baked goods could be enjoyed by all, without sacrificing taste. Like her Ethel, they still make every bar by hand with the best local ingredients they can find – they like to say they’re perfectly imperfect. From the aroma when you open a container, to the first bite, there’s no doubt that their bars are baked with love.
