About HU Chocolate

When Hu Sibling Co-founders Jordan and Jessica first realized they needed to “Get Back to Human,” they were in the same place a lot of people are today. They tried to live a “healthy” lifestyle — avoided junk food, exercised, read some labels — but knew something was off. The duo experimented and researched the gut-brain connection, the causes of systemic inflammation, and the impact of certain foods and additives on our health, immunity, and performance. 

The answer was clear: replacing weird, industrial ingredients with UltraSimple™ ones was the key to feeling human again. Motivated by their health and wellness learnings, they set out to create a restaurant that brought their newfound passion and human-centric philosophy to life. Their lines of Dark Chocolate bars, Dark Chocolate Gems, Hunks™ (chocolate-covered nuts & berries), and Grain-Free Crackers were all born out of that restaurant -- which they now sell nationwide across the US.
