Managing Type 1 diabetes since childhood, the diagnosis was a heartbreaker for both the individual and their parents, but it taught a valuable lesson: health is in one’s own hands. The choices made determine how one feels today and over the long run.

There’s no need to pay for today's highs with tomorrow's lows. Nourishing the body with the right nutrients can unlock full potential every single day while actually enjoying the process. The science is clear on this, but it’s difficult to find products that bring out the best.

That’s why Lifestacks was founded. Vincent – a fellow health enthusiast – and the other co-founder met in college and quickly bonded over a shared obsession with the science of nutrition. Years have been spent crafting delicious, nourishing products. The goal at Lifestacks is simple: to make it easier for everyone to have bright, productive days.
