miFLAVOUR is a modern French bakery located in the heart of our hometown, Spokane, Washington. We’ve been recognized as the finest French patisserie this side of Paris. Specifically known for our handcrafted macarons, macaroons, and baklava. We take pride in only using the highest quality ingredients when handcrafting each of our confections. Our macarons are not only the most delectable on the market, but also the largest and never imported! No one wants just a tiny bite of something incredible. In addition to our famously large macarons, we make baklava that is filled with pure raw honey, walnuts, pistachios, and flakey phyllo that is baked to perfection.
