Milk Bar is an American-style bakery first founded in 2008 in NYC’s East Village by Chef Christina Tosi. They make mind-blowing treats using familiar flavors and ingredients in unexpected ways — think potato chips in a cookie — as well as updated riffs on the best nostalgic flavors like Birthday Cake.
