Raised on O‘ahu, Hawaii, an island with limited natural resources, the founder, Matt Feldman, understood the importance of sustainability from a young age. As he began learning about the immense carbon footprint of the meat industry, he gravitated towards plant-based foods. Fast forward to today, Matt teamed up with two renowned culinary experts to develop a delicious jerky that is better for both the bodies and the planet.
