About Nemi

Nemi means "to love" in the Aztec language, and they live for cravingly crunchy, addictive snacks. Inspired by Regina's native Mexico, Nemi Snacks are deeply deliciosos snacks made with ancestral seeds and nopales (a.k.a prickly pear paddle). Nopales are fiber-rich cacti and a staple of Mexican cuisine packed with gut-friendly fiber. Ancestral seeds like amaranth, chia, and flaxseed give Nemi sticks a dense, super-satisfying bite and slightly nutty taste. Muy yum! They use mercardo-fresh spices, chiles and flavors straight outta the cocina! Nemi Snacks partners with small, independent farmers in Mexico, works with woman of color holding positions usually reserved for men and donates of portion of their sales to a Chicagoan non-profit committed to food justice.
