OLYRA is the first EVER organic & nutritious breakfast biscuits! Containing 5g protein, 4g fiber, and only 6g sugars! Made of 4 Greek Ancient Grains (spelt, lupine, oat, barley) and simple organic ingredients.

Yannis, the founder of OLYRA, is coming from a 5th generation Greek flour mill family business. A small community of farmers produces the grains of their ancestors in Thrace, one of the lowest income areas in Greece providing new business opportunities to these families. Organic farming is important to preserve the land of their ancestors. These grains are stone-ground in traditional, stone mills.

They have encompassed the Ancient Greek wisdom, using the same ancient Greek grains as their ancestors, into delicious and nutritious snacks!
