When The Yes Bar founder, Abigail Wald, discovered her son's many food sensitivities, she went into her kitchen and created a snack with all the ingredients her son could say "Yes" to. 

Her son loved them because they looked and tasted like a cookie, Abigail loved them because of their nutritious, organic ingredients. From that day on, The Yes Bar was born.

Yes Bars are fully plant-based, paleo, vegan, and free of GMOs, gluten, grains, dairy, corn, soy,  eggs, and peanuts. Their line boasts a range of beloved flavors that you can feel good about enjoying!
