About Without a Trace

All the awesome. None of the compromise. Without A Trace Foods believes no one should be defined by their food allergies. Their allergen-friendly, gluten-free, plant-based snacks are full of flavor and rich in real ingredients. Their snacks are free of the top NINE allergens and made with love by hand in their own dedicated facility in Raleigh, North Carolina in small batches. Without A Trace Foods offers snacks that everyone - regardless of dietary restrictions -can enjoy together, all conveniently packaged for on-the-go snacking (even if the only place you are going is to your couch). 

Without A Trace Foods was founded by wife-husband team, Brooke and Matthew Navarro. Brooke has severe food allergies and watched her mom suffer from life-threatening allergic reactions. When their daughter was also diagnosed with food allergies, they knew the time had come to make Without A Trace reality. 

Without a Trace set out to change the idea that removing fear from food means you have to remove taste. Without A Trace is bigger than food. Their goal is to make sure no one feels left out because of their allergies. They want everyone to want to try their cool, colorful snacks. They want families to (finally) be able to enjoy snacking together because they believe food is about coming together for a shared experience, not just eating at the same time. That's why they made their "free-from" snacks so delicious that anyone — regardless of dietary restrictions — will want to indulge.
