The Little Red Kitchen Bake Shop was created by Susan Palmer in 2014 after winning two consecutive Brooklyn Cookie Takedowns in 2011 and 2012. She always had a passion for baking, as a small child, you could find her side by side with her mom in the kitchen baking. . . you guessed it cookies!

Soon enough Susan moved on from the back of the chocolate chip cookie bag recipes to her own creations and started a successful cooking and baking blog in 2011. Spurred by her love of baking and the quest to find the perfect chocolate chip cookie this shop was born. Today, Little Red Kitchen Bake Shop creates, small-batch, hand-crafted desserts using mostly organic ingredients and never any artificial flavors, colors, or preservatives for a taste that is wholesome and delicious! They bake the flavors that you loved growing up, with a bakery-fresh taste in a packaged cookie.

In 2020 they were awarded two prestigious sofi™ awards from the Specialty Food Association for their Monster and Elvis Cookie Pies in the Baked Goods-Bakery Desserts category, winning the Silver and Bronze awards. We have been featured on the Today Show, Forbes, MSN, and more.
