Sixteen years ago World of Goodies first opened its candy filled doors on West Englewood Avenue and filled the void that existed in Teaneck.

Since then, World of Goodies has become a name synonymous with all kinds of kosher candy, chocolate confections, dried fruit, nuts, as well as packaged goods and gift baskets. They became a part of the community and a part of north Jersey’s Shabbos tables and simchas, and very much a part of the local shopping experience.

In 2017 Joel Schiff came to our store with a vision. He saw the perfect location for families to do their shopping, but also recognized the great selection of candy we stock and a well-known store with a great reputation even outside the local area. With a background in wholesale food Joel came in with a vision to revamp kosher candy shopping. Let’s just say we were “nuts” about each other.

Joel’s background in the food industry means that we can now package and market confections to provide a seamless shopping experience from start to finish. With his business acumen and access to all types of food related items, we have become more than just a candy store; we are a shopping experience. Not a week goes by without a new type of candy or even two type of candy delivered to our store. We are finding cutting edge kosher products and stocking them before consumers even know they exist. Our candy is competitively priced, making long trips to outside communities no longer a necessity. This is a partnership that was “mint” to be.

In addition, they are a licensed distributor of Jelly Belly products.
