Classic Beef: Filtered water, grass-fed beef bones, onion, carrot, tomato, garlic, sea salt, spices. Soy free. We opened our first restaurant in 2016 in the heart of Greenwich Village and quickly became a neighborhood favorite, serving both our community and devotees who traveled from to our small shop from all over the New York metropolitan area. In 2019 we opened our second location in the Financial District in Lower Manhattan, and in 2021 opened SB3 in the heart of Brooklyn's trendy Williamsburg neighborhood.

Every day we receive messages asking us to open locations throughout the country, so we decided to start shipping our products directly to people's homes nationwide. Now you can get Springbone delivered straight to your door, wherever you are in the country.
