How many USB-C ports does the new model have?

The current model has two USB-C Power Delivery ports. Each supports up to 20W for compatible devices.

Will wireless charging work through my phone case?

It works with most standard cases designed to support wireless charging. Very thick cases, metal components, or accessories between the phone and charging surface can interfere with charging.

Why are the AC outlets on different sides?

Distributing the four AC outlets across the cube creates more separation between plugs, which can make it easier to use bulky adapters without blocking neighboring outlets.

Does the Wireless Cube include surge protection?

Yes. It includes 320J surge protection plus overload protection.

How long is the power cord?

The Wireless Cube includes a 10 ft cord with a 45° flat plug, giving you more freedom to position the charging hub away from the wall outlet.
