The story of JoJo’s Sweet Treats began long ago as a young girl, whose middle name is Jo, growing up on her Grandparents farm in Stanton, KY. From an early age, She loved to help her Mom and Mamaw in the kitchen, cooking and baking. She grew up with not a lot of material things, but what she did have, was a lot of love from those around her. She was taught at an early age that with hard work, some elbow grease, and determination, you can achieve anything in life. These life lessons have helped her drive JoJo’s to where it is today. She would have never known that as a little girl on a farm in KY, she would be here today.

She has always enjoyed being in the kitchen, and it’s the easiest way for her to show people She loves them. 6 years ago, She decided to stop just baking for friends and family and open it up to the community. She has been pleasantly surprised at how much interest there has been in her products and how fast JoJo’s has grown. She quickly became known for her Buckeyes, as she lives in Ohio State Buckeye country, and her cookies.

Today, She stays busy making people’s events, and day to day lives just a little bit sweeter with all kinds of treats. She truly loves what she does, and that love and passion is her secret weapon as to what has made JoJo’s so successful. It’s what drives her to give that extra little attention to every detail to make sure that everything is just right. Knowing that her sweet treats make people smile is what keeps her going every day.
