The Danny, a Maranta Red Prayer Plant, is a beautiful, evergreen perennial native to South and Central. This unique plant has a tint of purplish-red on the undersides of the leaves. The plant responds to light, as its leaves are flat during the day to maximize sun intake, and they point upward at night to maintain moisture. Their position at night looks as if they are praying, hence the plant's name!
This plant comes in a 4" nursery pot.
Please note: as plants are a live product, colors and varieties may slightly vary from the photos shown to provide you with the freshest and most beautiful plant.

Their company launched in 2019, but the concept took root when Aviva got married in September 2017. As the younger sister, some would say that Arielle likes to copy Aviva, getting married a short nine months later.
They had the same experience after their weddings: their beautiful, expensive, and fresh floral arrangements were tossed within hours after their celebrations ended. So, they began "upcycling" flowers from events - selling a portion and donating a portion.
When the pandemic hit, events were canceled overnight. This cut off their entire source of supply. After their initial panic at having to halt operations for their brand-new business, they took a closer look into the floral supply chain and identified how they could reduce waste in other ways: through sustainable sourcing and farm-direct shipping.
Now, they get to support sustainable farms, reduce carbon emissions in an otherwise long shipping process, reduce the total number of stems being cut, and send you extremely fresh blooms!
Further, they offset the emissions that do come from each shipment to make their shipping carbon neutral.
Thanks to their amazing community, they have grown their mission and now deliver flowers and plants across the nation!
They still care deeply about donating and upcycling. They both donate flowers from farms and collaborate with generous event-hosts to upcycle their post-event flowers.
They were thrilled to win runner-up in the Dell Women’s Entrepreneur Network 2021 Dream Tech Contest, as well as gain acceptance into two prestigious accelerators, Shift Ventures’ Conscious Venture Labs Fifth Cohort and the Emerging Technology Center’s (ETC) AccelerateBaltimore 2019 Cohort.
Arielle agrees with Aviva (surprise!) that you should try out ReVased. Feel good one stem at a time.
