Hello from Northwest Expressions. They produce gourmet cookies and confections in small-batch artisan form utilizing all-natural ingredients and only the finest chocolates. They started out as Northwest Candy Emporium located in Everett, WA in 1990. They launched a complete re-branding of their entire cookie and confection lines in November of 2020 as Northwest Expressions and re-located to Harstine Island WA. Harstine Island has proven to be the perfect place for them to build their permanent home and new candy factory.

Since constructing their “Northwest Expressions” facility, they have added Specialty Chocolates, Chocolate Shortbread, Butter Crunch Almond Toffee, ToffeePop Popcorn and Gourmet Savory Popcorn. Even though they now have several more products, Rick’s Grandma Carrie’s original 1950’s hand-written recipe for their first product (Soft Peanut Butter Brittle) still hangs in their kitchen. Though a bit tattered, it is framed now to preserve the recipe they still use to this very day.
