Your 2-hour tasting takes place inside Beautiful Rind, one of America’s best cheese shops. Here, you’ll sample 10 different cheeses (across 5 courses) alongside an expert cheesemonger. Each course features its own unique and informative theme – you’ll fall in love at first bite! 

Of course, you’ll also pair your cheeses with the perfect glass of wine. In total, you’ll receive four half glasses of wine and a 1.5oz pour of a selected fortified/dessert wine. Along the way, you’ll learn about each cheese, their distinct characteristics, history, and flavors.
