How to Surprise Your Recipients?
Here's a quick guide to surprise your recipients!
STEP 1
Start an order and fill in the basic details like team name, sender’s name (from), etc.
STEP 2
Select Sender's Choice gifting option and choose a gifting budget.
STEP 3
On the "Box Selection" page, select "close". Take note of your Order Number, which you'll find on your treats dashboard.
STEP 4
Download the order XLS, fill the required details and email the file to us at indiagifting@snackmagic.com .

Can I customize a surprise order box?
Yes, we have the option to customize your surprise order box. Here are the full details on how to add a custom note.
What is the difference between Surprise Order Default Box vs Surprise Order Pick-Your-Own?
Surprise Order Default boxes are pre-curated boxes recommended by SnackMagic based on customer ratings, feedback, and most popular gifting options. In the Surprise Order Pick-Your-Own option, it is the organizer picks a box(es) of their choice for the recipient(s).
Is there a minimum budget and/or recipient per order?
Yes, there's a minimum budget of INR 1850 per recipient for Surprise Order Default Box and Surprise Order Pick-Your-Own gifting options. Additionally, there is a domestic fulfillment fee of INR 200.
For Pick-Your-Own gifting, we accept a minimum of 25 recipients' order count and charge an admin fee of INR 1000 on the total order.
Can I send a Surprise Order to other countries? What is the minimum budget?
Yes. You can fill out the excel sheet, mentioning the countries you'd like to send out gifts to!
For international gifting, we have a minimum budget of USD 45 including an international fulfillment fee of USD 18.
Why are there 2 excel sheets?
We have two (2) gifting options under Surprise Your Recipients - Default Box and Pick-Your-Own. There are 2 different excel sheets to fill in the order details for these options.
