What’s the process like to facilitate an order?
It’s super easy!
- Click here and fill out the form to tell us exactly what you’re looking to do.
- We’ll send you directions on next steps, quotes, etc.
The form will gather information on whether you're buying the swag through SwagMagic or sending it to us, when you'd like your box to be delivered to recipients, and what their email addresses' are. We'll then email your recipients, gather their physical address and apparel sizes if appropriate, and seamlessly send them your swag!
Can SwagMagic store my swag for future orders?
Absolutely. Just let us know in advance and we’ll keep your swag stored at our hub for your future orders. (Monthly fee applies.)
How does SwagMagic’s pricing work?
$25 covers the picking, packing, taxes and shipping for up to 5 pieces of swag to each of your gift recipients. Each additional piece of swag in the box is $3. Additional freight charges for international recipients will apply.
Is there an order minimum to use SwagMagic?
There is no minimum. Easily send out 1 box or 10,000 boxes!
What type of payments does SwagMagic accept?
Credit cards are preferred as it’s the most seamless experience, but we can accept payment via ACH as well. If you want to pay via ACH, please email at hi@swagmagic.com.
