About Pisqueya

Pisqueya [pees-keh-yah] is a first-generation, woman-owned, Latinx-American food company that offers heritage-inspired products while filling the gap in Hispanic Caribbean representation in the global food market. 

A clean-label brand of sauces and seasonings that add instant flavor, or what we like to call Sabor, to everything! 

Each recipe was born at my family restaurant, Puerto Viejo, the oldest Dominican restaurant operating in Brooklyn since 1986. As a daughter of immigrants, I’m excited to celebrate with you our Latin flavors from the Caribbean. 

In this way, through the universal language of food, we live out inclusion by expanding the rich flavor palette of America.
