How does pricing work and what are the fees associated with each local treat?
Local gifting within the Philippines starts at a budget of ₱2,000 per recipient, while the most popular budget we have ₱2,800.
We have a platform fee of 15% on the order (local or global). This supports operations, fulfillment, and continuous innovation of new products. It allows us to have a pay-as-you-go model without mandating hefty fees, monthly subscriptions, or long-term contracts.
How does international pricing work and what are the fees associated with each international treat?
Recipients in each country will receive treats net of fees, taxes, and any additional costs associated with each country. Fees/costs include currency exchange rate, and taxes.
There will be an additional ₱5,00 fulfillment fee for non-Philippines recipients to cover partner costs and operations - this includes delivery/shipping, packaging, partner fees, curation and customization fees, etc. Recipients don’t see the gift amount as they pick a themed box from a curated box menu. We have a lot of variety that will accommodate different dietary restrictions.
Regardless of the fees, our goal is to provide an awesome gift experience to all recipients worldwide. We vet each partner and the mix of items we include in each box to make for a robust offering. We are also taking feedback from our customers to continuously add to our international selection.

Do you have boxes that can be customized as per dietary preferences?
Yes, very much. We, at SnackMagic, are known to give awesome choices for every recipient, irrespective of the country or dietary preferences.
How do you define dietary preferences?
Here are some explanations of the terms used:
Halal - Products that are Halal certified
Vegan - Products that do not contain any animal byproducts
Vegetarian - Products whose contents are not derived from meat or fish, but may include animal byproducts such as dairy, eggs, honey
Pescetarian - Products whose contents are suitable for those that eat fish and not meat; as well as vegetarian-based products
Gluten-Free- Products that contain no gluten ingredients. May be produced in a facility that processes gluten. Please consult the brand directly for more specifics about the manufacturing facility.
Kosher - Products that have obtained a kosher certification. Please consult the brand directly for more details on the specific products and/or facility kosher certification.
Dairy-Free - Products that contain no dairy ingredients. May be produced in a facility that processes dairy. Please consult the brand directly for more specifics about the manufacturing facility.
Contains No Nuts - Products that do not contain nut ingredients. May be produced in a facility that processes nuts where cross-contamination may occur. Please consult the brand directly for more specifics about the manufacturing facility.

Is there any Minimum Order Quantity (MOQ) you have to place an order?
No, we love gifting to 1 or 100,000. There are no minimums at SnackMagic. Wohoo!
How does the currency conversion happen?
At a defined time, we pull the local currency rate which is carried out throughout currency rates and use that for the entire day while placing the order. When an order is completed, the currency rates get associated with it and remain the same throughout the order life cycle.
