MERAKI - a word that modern Greeks often use to describe doing something with soul, creativity, or love – i.e. when you put "something of yourself into what you're doing, whatever it may be.” Back in 2018, we stumbled upon this concept and I instantly knew that it would be the perfect name for my upcoming gift shop. The idea first came to me due to the limited gifts in the market, as gift-giving is decidedly more than buying a certain item off the rack. I realized it is a craft that is carefully planned, sourced, and executed so that a gift becomes truly special. My team whose love language happens to be gift-giving is delighted each time we discover that our clients are more than happy to receive our curated gifts! Ample thought, research, and planning are what make our gifts one of a kind. From suggestions, proposals, minute details, and thorough sourcing, we ensure that our clients are charmed with the gifts made just for them. In our early years, we started from personal gifts to all-occasion gifts (birthdays, weddings, baptisms, showers, etc.) until we ventured into and started to launch our line of corporate gifts. We currently specialize in PR kits and snack boxes. So far, we have sent curated gifts, in different variants and for all kinds of occasions, to over a thousand clients of top-notch companies who trust us. Encouraged by this, our goal this 2023 is thus to provide more variations of our brand of gift-giving to encompass all needs and events. This will hopefully fulfill our ultimate goal of becoming a major gifting company that takes care of the gift needs of busy clients as well as delight their family, friends, associates, and customers through fresh, unique, and especially thought presents.
