Enjoy halva on its own, crumbled on yogurt or fruit, baked into brownies, or as part of a cheese board.
Our halva is plant based, vegan, gluten free, kosher certified, palm oil free and all natural.
Our 8oz/227g halva packs come in beautifully packaged boxes in a case of 12. Shelf life is 4-6 months. The halva is certified kosher by the Rabbinate of Ashdod. The halva pieces are packed upside down in a protective container. Flip each piece out of the container onto a cutting board when ready to serve.
Halva lasts up to 12 months. While our halva can be transported and displayed at ambient temperatures, we recommend storing it refrigerated whenever possible to avoid natural oil separation. The ideal temperature for shelf display is 65-75F.

About Seed and Mill
Their three founders, Lisa, Rachel, and Monica, grew up in three different countries: Lisa in Israel, Rachel in Australia, and Monica in the USA. Their paths crossed in New York City in 2015, where they discovered a shared passion for food, cooking, and nourishing their families with healthy, quality food.
Determined to show Americans how versatile and delicious tahini and halva could be, they opened a small kiosk in New York’s bustling Chelsea Market in 2016, and became the first store in the US dedicated to sesame products. They welcomed locals and tourists from all over the world, connecting over nostalgic tastes and introduced new audiences to traditional foods, rooted in centuries of culture and history.
They worked the counter seven days a week, sampling halva, grinding tahini to order, and serving up other treats like halva paninis and our iconic tahini soft serve. Within a few months, they were blown away by the enthusiasm for their products.
Soon after opening the kiosk, they built a website and then Whole Foods Market came knocking, looking for a halva brand with clean, natural ingredients.
