So Many Options and Helpful Allergen Filters—A Fun Way to Treat Someone
There are categories to accommodate every preference and so many options within those categories, not to mention the ability to filter to avoid allergens! Loved the options, this is such a fun way to treat someone to something different! The only criticism I have is that they didn't have an option to filter out foods with artificial dyes. Many people are trying to avoid them and some people (myself included) have an allergy to one or more dyes. I received a gift voucher to Snackmagic for a virtual conference. It's making it seem more like an experience and an engaging event rather than just me sitting in front of my computer watching courses.

Simple, Smooth Redemption with Easy Onboarding and Smart AI Workflows
I liked how simple and quick the whole process of redemption was. It was easy to follow the instructions and place an order. There is not much technical set up and it was straightforward and convenient to use. The onboarding process was super easy to follow. I liked that Stadium can connect with other tools and workflows, which makes it easier for the user. The platform worked smoothly for me. I was able to access the redemption page, browse the options and complete my order without any problems. The pricing also seemed reasonable considering the features that they offered. I liked the way AI is being incorporated to make the overall experience more efficient and make the workflows easier to manage. The main area i think could be improved is product selection and it could be a little broader, and some items could have more detailed information to make choosing easier. For recipients it would be nice to have clearer product details, information about the sizing, and more options. It would make the selection process more convenient. Before using Stadium the redemption process would usually involve more back and forth about what was available and how to get it delivered and is just a tiring process overall. But now I was simply able to access the redemption link, choose my item and place the order myself. This made the process much more convenient and gave me more control over what i actually wanted than getting something random. It helped me save time and effort.
