Can I send you swag to include in the box?
You can either ship all of the swag directly to our warehouse or you can purchase swag through us.
How do I track my recipient's orders?
You can track all information related to your gifts (i.e. tracking number, redemption status, shipping status, thank you notes) in the user-friendly treats dashboard.
How does SnackMagic work for non-US addresses?
We don’t want to leave out your non-US attendees, clients or team members so SnackMagic fulfills non-US orders via our local partner network in each country.
As you might know, shipping to other countries from the US can be prohibitively expensive ($100+ per box), lengthy (1 month+ shipping time) and international shipments can run into its own problems with customs and delays.
But we are not going to let that stop us.
To solve these issues, we work with local partners in each country to send your recipient's surprise and delight, treat boxes.
Here’s how it works:
- Like everyone else, non-US residents receive your treat invitation email at the same time as everyone else. They provide us with their international shipping address.
- Based on their shipping address, international recipients may communicate their wish list of local favorites or rely on our taste makers to select their themed, pre-curated surprise and delight treat that we’ve curated from our local partners.
- We work with our local fulfillment partners in each country (or neighboring country) to have them shipped their treat box. Our local partners are held to the same high standards as our US partners. They are approved based on popularity, timeliness of deliveries, overall selection, and continuous feedback from other recipients in that country.
We do the heavy lifting to make the experience as special and delightful as their US counterparts.
Since non-US orders are being shipped by our local partners in each country, we are unable to customize the box or include custom swag in the box for non-US orders.
