Lavender Cucumber Gin Fizz

6 oz Aura Bora Lavender Cucumber Sparkling Water
2 oz gin
1 oz simple syrup
1 egg white
1/2 lemon, squeezed
Sprig of rosemary, for garnish, optional
Lemon twist, for garnish, optional
Cucumber slices, for garnish, optional

In a cocktail shaker, add the gin, simple syrup, egg white and lemon juice. Shake for 30 seconds. Add ice and shake vigorously for at least a minute to ensure the egg white gets plenty frothy. Pour into a Collins glass and top with Aura Bora Lavender Cucumber Sparkling Water. Throw the rosemary sprig in there and burn the end of it for an aromatic experience. Garnish with a lemon twist and additional cucumber slices if desired. Enjoy!

Basil Berry Vodka Spritz

8 oz Aura Bora Basil Berry Sparkling Water
4 oz vodka
10 Blackberries
Fresh basil leaves
2 oz creme de cassis
2 oz fresh lime juice
2 oz agave

Muddle the blackberries and basil in a pitcher. Add the Aura Bora Basil Berry Sparkling Water, vodka, cassis, lime juice and agave and stir to combine. Chill for at least 1 hour and until ready to serve. Thread a basil leaf and blackberry onto each cocktail pick. Serve the spritzers over ice and garnish with the cocktail picks.

Peppermint Watermelon Mojito 

6 oz Aura Bora Peppermint Watermelon Sparkling Water
2 oz white rum
2 watermelon chunks, seeds removed
1 Lime, squeezed
1 oz simple syrup
Handful of mint leaves

Muddle watermelon chunks with the lime juice and simple syrup in a glass. Stir in a handful of mint leaves, then add white rum and ice to each glass. Top each drink with Aura Bora Watermelon Sparkling Water and garnish with more mint.

Coconut Lemongrass Margarita 

8 oz Aura Bora Coconut Lemongrass Margarita
4 oz Tequila
2 oz ounce triple sec
Juice from half of a lime
1 oz simple syrup
Unsweetened shredded coconut

Rim the glasses in simple syrup and then dip in the shredded coconut. Fill glasses with ice. In a shaker glass filled with ice add the rest of the ingredients and shake well, strain and divide between glasses. Serve immediately.
