Make these delicious cocktails at your next virtual Happy Hour

Camaraderie comes rarely these days with no water cooler to chat around or lunch table to sit at with coworkers. Virtual Happy Hours are the new wave among remote teams who are looking to feel connected when we’re all so far apart. A well-connected team is a functional team and what better way to bring people together than with libations! Here are 5 cocktails that will inspire your next virtual happy hour:

1. Honey Tea Thyme by Teatulia

Ingredients
  • 1½ oz. Teatulia Black Tea
  • ¾ oz. honey thyme syrup
  • ¾ oz. lemon juice
  • 1½ oz. Tennessee whiskey
  • thyme sprig for garnish
  • lemon slice for garnish

For honey thyme syrup:

  • 1 cup honey
  • ½ cup water
  • a handful of thyme sprigs

Bring honey, water, and thyme sprigs to a simmer over medium heat. Simmer for 10 to 15 minutes. Remove from heat and strain into a clean jar. Let cool then seal and store in the refrigerator for use in cocktails or to sweeten ice tea.

Preparation:

Add honey thyme syrup, lemon juice, whiskey, and tea to a small Mason jar or highball glass. Add ice and stir. Garnish with lemon and thyme if desired.

2. Gin Fizz by Tohi

Ingredients:
  • 4 oz Tohi Ginger Lime
  • 2 oz Gin
  • Lime Juice 
  • ½ tbsp of fresh grated ginger 
  • Garnish with Mint + Lime
Preparation:

Fill rocks glass with ice. Add gin and lime juice. Pour Tohi Ginger Lime nearly to the rim. Top with club soda and garnish with lime wedge and mint.

3.  The “RISE & Grind”

Ingredients:
Preparation:

Pour whiskey, nitro cold brew coffee, liqueurs into a pint glass. Mix in cream. Fill with ice & serve with a straw. Add whipped cream for some flair, if desired. 

4. Grapefruit Vodka Spritz by Mad Tasty

Ingredients:
Preparation:

Add ice to the glass. Fill with fresh or frozen pineapple and peaches. Pour MAD TASTY Sparkling Beverage over ice and fruit. Squeeze lime wedge in glass. Garnish with a lime slice and sit back, sip, and chill.

5. Blood Orange Mojito by Wanu

Ingredients
  • 2 oz wanu Watermelon Raspberry 
  • 2 oz rum
  • 5 mint leaves
  • Juice from 1 blood orange
  • Juice from 1/2 lime
  • Juice from 1/4 cup fresh raspberries (mash raspberries and strain to remove the seeds)
  • Sparkling water
  • Ice
Preparation:

In a short glass place mint leaves and rum. Muddle for a minute, but don’t break the leaves. Remove or leave the mint leaves in the glass. Add ice to fill the glass. Add wanu, blood orange juice, lime juice and raspberry juice. Stir. Top with sparkling water.
